The Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) Requirement applies to all foreign nationals with Passports currently exempted from requiring a Visa when flying To or Transiting to Canada. This requirement covers direct flights to and from Canada, as well Manila-New York and New York-Manila flights VIA Vancouver.
For flights operating NON-STOP from Manila to New York and vice-versa starting 28October2018, passengers are EXEMPTED from the eTA requirement.
